Millbrae, California, to receive $112,630 for LED streetlight replacement project
The city of Millbrae, California, will receive an award of $112,630 for an LED streetlight project. The funds, from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program, are locally administered by the California Energy Commission (CEC). Millbrae will use the award to implement a 255 LED streetlight replacement project. The new LED streetlights will replace existing high pressure sodium (HPS) streetlights.
