The city of Torrington, Connecticut seeks bidders for an LED streetlight installation project. The city has already purchased 522 LED streetlights manufactured by BetaLED, a division of Ruud Lighting of Racine, Wisconsin, and is seeking bids for the removal and disposal of existing high pressure sodium (HPS) streetlight fixtures and the installation of the new LED streetlight fixtures from BetaLED.
